Chapter 512: Gaining Trust, Successfully Infiltrating!
Grinding her teeth, the Goddess of Seduction's expression became even more alluring. She extended her hand and slowly placed it on the zipper of her chest, tugging it downward little by little. The delicate skin of her chest gradually became exposed, glowing with a lustrous sheen, captivating anyone who laid eyes on it. It was as though it was begging to be touched, impossible to look away from.
Her movements were slow, like a perfectly ripe peach being revealed, little by little. Meanwhile, her other hand rested at the hem of her skirt, gently lifting it just enough to reveal a small gap.
It was almost as though she was issuing an invitation to Boris. At this point, even without the Charm Law, no one—let alone an ordinary mortal—could resist such an irresistible combination of actions.
"Not bad, not bad... what a tempting little creature," he muttered.
Through the map module, Sterl watched this scene without missing a single detail, his blood surging. With the map's permissions, he could view every angle, zoom in and out, and see it all clearly. The Goddess of Seduction's appearance, as far as he was concerned, was as good as being completely naked. Every inch of her skin was laid bare to him. No, it was even more enticing than if she were completely exposed.
This left Sterl only able to quietly relieve his tension on Diana, his hand roaming as he toyed with her, causing Diana to flush with shame and irritation. She didn't resist too strongly, though, knowing that any overt rebellion would draw unwanted attention from everyone around them.
Fortunately, Sterl restrained himself—he couldn't strip Diana naked and act on his impulses in front of everyone. After all, Diana was his woman, and he didn't want to look like some monkey being ogled by the crowd.
"Little slut... if I get the chance, I'll definitely mark you with the followers' seal," he thought to himself, glancing at Diana and considering what kind of outfit would make her even more tempting.
After a while, noticing that Boris still hadn't reacted, the Goddess of Seduction angrily retracted her Law Power with a cold snort and moved to the side.
It wasn't Boris's fault, though. If he had seen the seductive scene before him, there was no way he would have been able to resist.
But the truth was, Boris couldn't break through the Shielding Power. So, everything the Goddess of Seduction had done had been nothing but air in his eyes. He only knew about Ashen's approach because Sterl, who had access to the map module, saw it and relayed the information to Boris.
At this point, the gods of Ashen, who had been on edge, finally relaxed. They could now be certain: Boris did not possess the ability to break through the Shielding Power.
So, the country of Orichalcum was the same. Even now, they still held the upper hand, remaining the absolutely secure and dominant force.
At this moment, the God of Werewolves no longer carried the sharpness and murderous intent he had earlier. He fell silent for a moment, and at the commander's signal, he spoke again.
"Why did you betray Orichalcum? This will bring you no benefit."
At the sound of this question, Boris suddenly burst into wild laughter. The sudden outburst startled the God of Werewolves, who jumped back in surprise. The others also froze, wary of Boris, unsure of what exactly he was doing or what had gotten into him.
But within that laughter was an unmistakable bitterness and deep resentment.
"Why?" Boris laughed, his voice dripping with disdain. "Because I want Eterna dead!
I am the strongest! I am the true leader!
But that damned outsider took everything from me! Eterna is just a vile opportunist, sitting back and reaping the rewards. I won't accept it!"
He suddenly turned to the God of Werewolves and roared, his voice filled with defiance and poison, the full force of three divine authorities bursting forth without restraint. The pressure hit the God of Werewolves like a physical blow, causing his body to tremble. His pupils dilated in fear, and he nearly instinctively shifted into his werewolf form.
He was terrified. There was no doubt about Boris's strength. Even the Ashen faction, with all their power, had no more than a handful of gods who could stand against him. If Boris truly lost control and decided to kill him, there would be little hope for escape. The odds were grim. The God of Werewolves felt his panic rise.
Thankfully, after Boris's outburst, he suddenly calmed down again, as if everything that had happened before had never occurred.
"Crazy... he's really a madman!"
It took a while for the God of Werewolves to regain his composure, but when he looked at Boris again, there was a new hint of fear and wariness in his eyes. He was no longer as brazen and arrogant as before.
"You spoke of an outsider... who exactly is that?"
Having regained his composure, he immediately seized on the key words and asked.
At this, Boris paused for a moment, then laughed again. This time, however, it was not the laughter of madness, but one of scornful derision. Many of the gods from Ashen felt a fire stir in their chests, unable to resist the urge to teach him a lesson.
"You don't even know that?" Boris scoffed, his tone dripping with disdain. "It's truly laughable. The outsider's name is Hades. He's the one who ruined your plans to invade the heart of the royal city. He doesn't belong to your faction. Hell, he doesn't even belong to this world. He's a powerful, mysterious player."
Boris paused for a moment, savoring the impact of his words.
"His strength is immense, far greater than mine. Half of your people—at least—died by his hand."
Under Sterl's direction, Boris revealed all this information without holding back.

Immediately, the gods of the Ashen faction erupted in chaos. No wonder their supposedly foolproof plan had resulted in such massive losses— it was because of that damn outsider, Hades!
And to make matters worse, even Boris wasn't a match for him. It seemed he had been thoroughly crushed, with half of their gods falling at his hands. That meant Hades had single-handedly killed seven or eight gods?
This news left the gods of Ashen struggling to process it. Such immense strength—could Hades be an upper-level divine authority?
No! Impossible! While the restrictions of the world's rules had been loosening, an upper-level divine authority would still never act so recklessly. It couldn't be that simple. To possess this kind of combat power, Hades must have used some sort of special technique.
Wait...
The God of Werewolves suddenly caught onto something. They hadn't known about Hades's existence before, but clearly, the Orichalcum faction was aware of him. That meant they could lead this newly allied powerful outsider against them in a surprise attack!
Not just him—other gods quickly realized the gravity of the situation. They scrambled to contact their main base, but to their shock, there were no signs of any abnormal activity.
"What do you mean by 'sincerity'?" The God of Werewolves snapped, turning toward Boris. "What exactly is Orichalcum planning?"
At this question, Sterl, who had been observing from the sidelines, couldn't help but break into a restrained smile. Finally, they'd taken the bait!
Boris, too, let out a laugh. "Looks like you finally believe me. But right now, you have no choice!"
"Eterna and Hades have already led all of Orichalcum's gods and are preparing to launch a surprise attack on you. They'll wipe you all out in one fell swoop. They should have already set off. I'm only here now because this plan gave me the chance to slip away from the royal city's watch."
He spoke leisurely, watching with some amusement as the God of Werewolves's expression shifted. Although controlled by the followers' seal, Boris was still Boris. At his core, his consciousness hadn't changed much. He was simply forever loyal to Sterl.
Watching the God of Werewolves's expressions shift from cold malice to shock and now to panic was, without a doubt, a unique pleasure for Boris.
"Tell me! Where are they now? Which direction did they head in?"
The God of Werewolves demanded urgently. His people were still in the base, and if Orichalcum's side destroyed it, it would be the equivalent of wiping out the heart of his race. He would lose a significant portion of his loyal followers, and he couldn't let that happen.
However, Boris simply smiled indifferently. "Since you didn't kill me, that must mean you believe what I've said. I've brought you such a great show of sincerity and such a valuable gift, surely you can return some of that sincerity to me, right?"
This time, he didn't look at the God of Werewolves in front of him. Instead, he glanced around the air, as if there were others present, beyond just the God of Werewolves.
Sure enough, as soon as these words left his mouth, the God of Werewolves's expression immediately shifted. His face became impassive as he quietly began to step back. In the next instant, more than thirty gods appeared, surrounding Boris.
All of them gazed at him with eyes that were either complicated, wary, or cold. It was clear that they had already encircled him, and with a single thought, they could bring him down right here.
Even though Boris had been mentally prepared for this, he was still taken aback. It was clear now… he had always been teetering on the edge of death. His heart raced as he realized that the power of Shielding Power was far stronger than he had imagined.
If it weren't for his master, Orichalcum might truly have no chance of victory.
At that moment, a man with a cold demeanor and a stern expression stepped forward, standing directly in front of Boris. He was none other than the leader of the Ashen faction, the powerful god Terran, who wielded the three divine authorities of Power, Magnetic Burst, and Frost Blossom.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
Terran had observed Boris's reactions when they first appeared. His behavior had confirmed Terran's suspicion—Boris truly couldn't break through the Shielding Power.
"Mr. Boris, welcome to our side. I can assure you, this will be the best decision you've ever made. Whatever you require, simply state it, and we will spare no effort in fulfilling it."
Terran spoke with grave sincerity, his expression serious.
By now, it was clear to him that Boris had truly betrayed his former side. Bringing him into their fold was enough to completely turn the tide of the current situation.
