"Eminence, the race armies are about to arrive." In the underground section of the Voidwalker Base, the cloaked figure that served as the Eminence's assistant asked from outside the circle of cloaked figures that were feeding the Void rift Life force.

By now, the rift was already as wide as a house, and more and more Void Creatures with even more terrifying power were pouring through the rift.

An insane amount of Void energy was also seeping Through and at this point, it was engulfing the Eminence, making him hard to see.

"..." For a moment, there was no response, then a moment later, a hoarse voice spoke with strain.

"... Gather all the members… and creatures… and defend." The order was simple and straightforward. It was clear that becoming The Avatar of the Void was taking a toll on him.

"It shall be done." The Assistant said and bowed.

He then turned and saw the army of Voidwalkers assembled. There were a few thousand of them, most weaker, some stronger. And in the grand scheme of things, they were nowhere near capable of enduring an onslaught from the combined efforts of the significant races in the world.

However, that wasn't all they had.

He looked past the neatly Voidwalkers towards the rows upon rows of Void Creatures that waited and writhed quietly. Their numbers were at least ten times the ones they had used to attack the different races combined. And there were some particularly Void Creatures among them as well.

It was a terrifying lineup, one that was sure to either utterly wipe out the armies or severely cripple them.

However, his heart turned grim.

'Those mysterious people that joined the armies and repelled our Void Creatures. Our sources say that they are the subordinates of that Christopher person.' He had many questions. Like how Christopher had become so strong in such a short amount of time, and how he had managed to attain such powerful Subordinates that were willing to follow him so wholeheartedly.

He also wondered where Christopher himself was. After what had happened on Sinestra island, he had completely gone off the radar, his subordinates handling things instead.

He was definitely planning something.

'It matters not. Our lord will soon descend, and they will wield the Legend Sword and destroy this world and bring everything to Oblivion. Plans do not matter in the face of true unadulterated nothingness.' It was at that moment that the Eminence suddenly spoke.

"Our brethren… who survived the battles with the armies… have they arrived?" The Assistant was surprised. The Eminence almost never showed any care for the members. If anything, he took joy in them dying, since that would mean embracing Oblivion. So him asking about whether they had made it was odd to him.

"Yes Eminence… they seem keen on joining the battle ahead." He answered despite his confusion.

"Kill them… they aren't real." He said without hesitation and the Assistant trembled.

"Tch." Christopher clicked his tongue as he saw the fate threads of the various Reflections Prism had created suddenly become dim. They had arrived at the Voidwalkers main base some time ago and seemed eager to join the battle ahead. But it appeared that they had been discovered.

'An expected outcome.' Norn spoke softly and Christopher nodded.

While it was annoying, it wasn't at all surprising. After all, the Eminence could sense when he was being observed through fate. Now that he was becoming the Avatar for the Void, it wouldn't be odd to assume that Fate applied to him less and less, which was indeed the case.

Moreover, since the Void was the opposite of reality, and thus Mana, it would be very perceptive of Mana when it was close to it. And since Prism's reflections were naturally Mana based constructs, they likely fell under the senses of the Eminence and he quickly ordered them destroyed.

'It doesn't really affect anything though. Quite frankly those reflections had no role to play in the upcoming battle.' Scarlet said calmly and Christopher felt Norn's agreement wash over him.

'True.' He also agreed. The reflections were simply there to act as bait for the various armies to find the Voidwalkers base. Anything else they could have done would be a small bonus at best.

As such, Christopher calmly asked Prism to cancel the reflections before they were destroyed.

He then looked over his dimension And sighed again. It wouldn't be long now.

The Emperor, Sylvaris, Centaur and Dwarf King, and the Oni Dynasty Head all looked at each other silently as they gathered together.

At this point, the armies of these different forces had converged. And now, their leaders gathered together along with Christopher's subordinates.

They weren't really surprised to see each other since they'd been informed by Christopher's subordinates that the other nations had also been attacked and that they were being defended as well. So it wasn't hard to deduce that they too would be attacking the Voidwalkers, though they didn't need to do so since they had straight up been told that that's what the others were doing. The members if Christopher's cohort immediately came to stand next to each other, Silver immediately standing close to Kim as they silently looked at the different leaders of each race.

"I won't spend much time saying useless things since time isn't really a commodity we have." Thanatos, the oldest of them, spoke.

"The Voidwalkers have the Shards of the Legend Sword, and the only reason they haven't fused it yet is because there probably isn't anyone on this planet that can use it without the sword taking them over, so they are trying to summon an Avatar of the being they worship, the Void, to do the job for them." He stared at all of them.

"Our job is to stop that from happening. And they know this, so they will attempt to stall us and allow the process to be completed." Then Belladonna continued.

"We will handle the more powerful Void Creatures and Voidwalkers, you guys will have to try and carve a path through the army and stop the process." When she finished, Sylvaris spoke first.

"Is it doable?" She asked and quite literally all the members of the cohort shrugged at the same time.

"Maybe, maybe not. And if it doesn't work out then, Master has a backup plan." Silver spoke simply and the faces of the rulers twitched.

Sadly, they had no time to think about it.

Without wasting anymore time, each leader took control of their army and marched forward, while the members of the cohort all gathered together, floating in the air overlooking everything.

In the distance, they could make out a sea of Void Creatures along with some Voidwalkers in the mist. And they could already see some stronger ones floating up to meet them.

"This should be fun." Belladonna spoke with her usual playfulness as she tossed the Vermillion Reapers in her hands.

"This should be the first time we've fought together without Master being around." Silver added and cracked his joints and the others agreed.

"Also Thanatos why are you floating up here with us? Aren't you meant to make the fight between the armies more equal?" Kim looked at the Lich strangely and he looked at her without humor.

"There's nothing with having a good vantage point." He retorted.

"Yeah well you're also making yourself a target. You're the weakest person here Physically." Kim argued.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

"As if there's anything here that can harm me." Thanatos didn't back down.

Soon the two of them were bickering and Belladonna and the Twins just shook their heads while Silver seemed dazed, his eyes trained on Kim.

'Focus.' Christopher's voice suddenly sounded in their minds and they all snapped to attention.

'The upgrade will begin in about ten minutes. Kill as many Void Creatures as you can in that time.' He instructed and they all nodded.

"And the Voidwalkers?" Chiara asked.

'... Spare them. Most of them anyway.' The instruction threw them for a loop.

"... May we ask why?" Silver ventured carefully.

'I have plans for them, don't worry. But if they prove to be too difficult then don't hesitate.' He explained and they all relaxed.

"Is there anything else, Master?" Umbra asked and Christopher went silent for a moment.

'... Have fun.' Hearing this, all of them grinned unconsciously.

"Will do Master~." Belladonna said cheerfully and the rest also expressed their agreement.

Christopher then went silent and Silver grinned behind his mask.

"Alright then, how about we get started?" He then looked at Kim who turned to him at the same time and they both nodded.

Then, both of them were covered in light, Silver's was… silver and Kim blue and purple. And when the light subsided, the two of them floated in their true forms.
