Chapter 2139 The Dashavatara (Kurma, Krishna, Balarama) -Part 7

"There is no way we are going to die. We are going to die!!!!" Krishna cried as he suddenly emerged right at the top of Kurma's shell. "Not." With a swipe of his flute, the two energetic shells suddenly changed their direction due to the gradual change of the shield. It became diagonal with the help of the Celestial Enchanter and it started to fly towards the sky instead.

"…Thanks for the help," Kurma said and Krishna merely shrugged his shoulders.

"Nothing much to worry about. I already informed Matsya about your situation and he has decided to send someone to aid in your battle. After all, he will definitely compliment your way of fighting." Krishna said as he pointed from afar and suddenly a Celestial Bull was running through the skies and subsequently running on water right towards Kurma.

The saviour was none other than Krishna's elder brother, Balarama, known to the rest of the Avatars as the Strong One while maintaining the title of Celestial Warring Farmer. "Kurma, looks like you are having some trouble sieging this pathetic looking wall."

"Well, if Matsya did not portal me into an ocean of body, do you think I will have this kind of trouble?" Kurma click his tongue when he heard how Balarama was being just as annoying as his younger brother.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

"Hahaha. He thought that he would to give you the easier part of the fight. He had no idea that you are struggling this much." Balarama said casually like he was at a coffee shop conversation with Kurma.

Of course, the Sea Hunters did not relent on their assault and fired another Super Rail Gun Shell towards the Celestial Avatars and Balarama immediately threw his hand up causing a pillar of rock to emerge from the sea beds, blocking the attacking.

Or so he thought.

The shell was moving at such high speed that it did not explode on impact and instead pierced through the pillar. It was at that time Balarama had decided to put his hand up to stop the shell by himself. That was where the Super Railgun Shell exploded right in front of him and he continued to talk to Kurma.

Little did he know that the anti celestial compound within the shell was already acting inside his body.

"So, let's not dilly dally and destroy that metal wall and call it a day to help the others." Balarama started to shake his hand. The regeneration continued to work but for the first time, he felt the feeling of a stinging pain. It was at that point he acknowledged that that explosion meets more to the eye and decided that that was the first thing he will destroy.

However, just as the Celestial Warring Farmer was about to bring out his magical Plow to send shockwaves blasting through the waters and towards the train carrying the Super Railgun, a squad of Rifle Mages had been sent out by the Sea Hunters and they were targeting him from afar.

It was pretty obvious that the Rifle Mages were sent in as the distraction needed so that Balarama would like to see if he want to destroy the Super Railgun first or the buzzing of human mages.

Regardless of the choice, he had decided to aid his fellow Avatar Tortoise by taking out his Celestial plow and slamming it onto the sea's surface. Immediately, the terrain had been manipulated and Kurma was able to touch solid ground. A sandy but solid path of rocks had been erected by Balarama, enabling Kurma to be in contact with the soil.

The moment the Celestial Tortoise had 'access' to the ground, all of the War Tortoise that had been killed were resurrected once more. Kurma do not understand why but it felt like he spent more energy trying to resurrect all of them. This was the first time he felt such a way but despite the considerable burden on his celestial energy, it was not enough to dent his reserves.

However, there were a few that had passed on. It was as if the Reaper of Death finally had the chance to grab these immortal tortoises away from reality and no matter how much Celestial energy was being pulsed through their bodies, they would never wake up again.

Despite this minor setback, the Celestial Tortorise focus at the situation at hand and roared at his minions, commanding them to move through as soon as possible. They submitted to the command immediately, using their newly regained life to rush through the minefield that the Lyro Beach had and slammed their bodies towards the Sea Fortress Walls.

It shook violently especially when all of the War Tortoise coordinated their slam to be more or less within the same time period, causing the defenders to panic for a second. After all, it felt like an earthquake tremor that had happened at that point of attack. The veteran defenders shouted to recover the morale on the walls and told them to continue attacking the War Tortoises.

Seeing how the War Tortoises were managing the walls and Kurma was resurrecting them repeatedly while walking towards his destination, Balarama had decided to defeat the flies buzzing around him.

They were smart enough to utilise their mobility in the air to evade his attacks and considering how Balarama was more of a ground attacker, he was merely sending waves of celestial energy in order to kill the Rifle Mages. Your journey continues with empire

Krishna who was still around found it amusing at first but subsequently decided to aid his brother and blew his Celestial Flute once more. Suddenly, the sky was not as empty as before since the Yadava Warriors, loyal to Balarama to a fault, magically populated the skies. The Rifle Mages eventually had to change their target to protect themselves but none of them did.

All of them still focused their firepower on Balarama which he did not evade and only defended with his Celestial Plow. Of course, some of the shots went through and pierced his body but Balarama believed his regeneration will do its job.

It did not.
