  • Attribute 7: (Lord level insufficient).

Description: Legend says Emperor Huang ascended to the heavens by taking three thousand beauties as his consorts. Whether the tale is true or not, possessing this territory trait means that even an old sow could single-handedly kill lions and tigers.

Wu Chi was stunned. His eyes widened, and he couldn’t recover from his shock for a long time.

“This is a Legendary Territory Trait?”

“It’s just too…”

Wu Chi didn’t know how to describe it.

No wonder those with golden-quality Hearts of the Lord in history became legendary figures as long as they didn’t die prematurely!

“And this is only its current form. Territory traits evolve as the territory upgrades and the Lord’s level increases. Its future potential will be even more terrifying!”

“I must keep this a secret! Both the Mechanical Kidney and the new territory trait!”

Wu Chi’s expression turned serious.

The ability to transform a common-quality territory trait into a golden, Legendary-quality trait proved beyond doubt the immense value of the Mechanical Kidney.

If exposed, even gods and immortals who look down on the mortal realm might make a move to seize it!

Pacing back and forth in the living room, Wu Chi pondered for a moment. He placed the Mechanical Kidney into his inventory and left the house.

Shenhe High School.

As one of the three most prestigious schools in Silvermoon City, Shenhe High School held an unparalleled reputation. Located in the northern academic district, the campus spanned 1,500 acres and boasted top-tier facilities and faculty.

Wu Chi, now a senior in Class 5, presented his student ID to smoothly enter the campus.

It was noon.

Unlike the school system of his previous life, this world followed a different schedule. Students typically attended one class in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The campus was bustling with people coming and going.

Instead of heading to his classroom, Wu Chi first sought out his homeroom teacher, Zhu Jian, who was also his martial arts instructor.

In the office.

Zhu Jian sat in his chair, glasses perched on his face. Dressed in a gray combat uniform, he exuded an air of seriousness.

“You’ve become a [Lord]?”

“Yes.” Wu Chi nodded.

Zhu Jian gave a slight nod and stood up. “Come with me.”

Knowing why Wu Chi was there, Zhu Jian wasted no time and led him toward the administrative building.

In this country, every young Lord who successfully completed the Prayer to the Heavens received government rewards—basic resources to ease the challenges of starting out.

Upon reaching the third floor of the administrative building, Zhu Jian guided Wu Chi into a spacious hall.

At least a hundred people were already seated inside.

“Sit over there and wait for your turn.” Zhu Jian pointed to an empty spot.

“Thank you, teacher.”

Wu Chi nodded and walked over to an unoccupied desk, sitting down on the chair.

Looking back, he saw that Zhu Jian had already left.

“Liberal arts teachers are as gentle as water, while martial arts teachers are swift and decisive.”

Wu Chi chuckled to himself.

The liberal and martial arts divisions in this world differed greatly from his past life.

Liberal arts focused on knowledge about Lords, the Boundless Void, and the myriad worlds, covering topics like “descent” and “territory building.” Its importance was undeniable.

Martial arts, on the other hand, taught combat, territorial warfare, invasions by other species, and tower defense strategies. It primarily emphasized practical training. Wu Chi had learned a lot of combat skills during his first two years of high school.

Glancing around, he noticed that the other students’ faces were filled with excitement.

Some engaged in hushed conversations, while others muttered to themselves.

Like Wu Chi, they were all first-time Lords who had participated in this year’s Prayer to the Heavens.

Wu Chi wasn’t in the mood for small talk. He quietly observed his surroundings, his expression calm.

After a while…

“Silence!”

A cold voice suddenly rang out, spreading like icy frost through everyone’s hearts.

Instantly, the hall fell silent.

The atmosphere was so still that one could hear a pin drop.

Wu Chi looked up and saw mist materializing in midair.

The mist gathered into a door.

The door opened.

The first thing to emerge was a pair of jade-like feet, perfectly proportioned and exquisitely beautiful.

They were flawless, evoking an almost irresistible urge to grasp them.

The feet stepped onto the mist.

Then, a figure emerged from the cloud.

She had waist-length hair, partially tied with a red ribbon that floated in the mist.

Her face was cold and radiant, her phoenix-like eyes carrying a hint of menace.

Her nose was delicate, and her thin lips were pressed together, exuding a sharp edge.

Beneath her fair neck was a graceful figure wrapped in a flowing red Han-style gown.

The loose-fitting dress couldn’t completely conceal her curves, which formed an exaggerated silhouette.

It was clear she was exceptionally endowed.

A golden jade belt cinched her slender waist, and a qilin-shaped gold medallion hung at her side, adding an air of nobility.

“You’re today’s third batch.”

The stunning woman’s voice was melodious but carried a chilling undertone as she addressed the students.

No one dared to speak.

“Now then…”

She extended her hand, and a stream of light danced across her palm.
