[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor

Sometime went by after I arrived at the Baran city and I have fully settled in this place.

And I got to say, it was worth it.

I was able to fully focus on my research in here and improve everything I have been working on.

I have also tested out theses 3 new classes I got.

[Golem Maker] is a class that focuses on… Well, on making golems. It doesn't have any attack, support or defense skills. Only production skills.

[Abomination Necromancer] is a class that uses focuses on the upgraded undeads. Read latest stories on empire

Simply put, I can use multiple corpse or a big corpse to create a high ranking and powerful undead.

Somewhat similar to my chimeras, but also not?

I cannot make some a chimera made out of two corpse that have power of two beings and stuff.

[Cursed Poison User].

This class has an ability to use a combination of the poison and curse, while also allowing me to manufacture the cursed poison items.

There is also skill called [Distribution Of Poison And Curse] that gives small poison damage to the target depending on the number of the curse type effects the target is under, or the curse damage depending on the number of the poison type effects.

This skill effect is somewhat small, but still, it is a passive skill. So, it doesn't matter that the damage output is very small, since it's always active. But obviously there is also a range limit where the enemy need to be within specific distance of me and the range also heavily depends on the skill level as well. So, for now, this skill is quiet garbage until its levels up.

Overall, I'm satisfied with all 3 new classes I had gotten from the Shadow Mask and I have also obtained few new other classes.

Honestly, I want to get to the fifth research as soon as possible, but right now I need to focus on growing my other classes since obviously the [Chaos Research] isn't able to do anything.

Besides leveling up classes and getting new ones, I have also improved my research regarding the mana guns.

I had also finished my research on the mad ice mana crystal that that I had obtained from the Hunting Wolf guild.

I couldn't recreate the "Madness", but I was able to archive some other interesting results.

And as for the mana crystal? I ended up using nightmare toy. What kind? Not telling yet.

Anyway, beside me able to advance my research further and all sort of things, I was also selling my stuff I had made…. I think that was mistake.

"Good greeting mister Phantasia! Would you mind hearing my request?" – said fat merchant.

"Is it possible for you to write an exclusive contract?" – asked an arrogant noble.

"Hey! How much I need to pay for the mana gun research and development notices?! TELL ME THE PRICE!" – shouted the greedy mage.

"GET THE FUCK OUT!" – shouted Phantasia before kicking out the people out of his house.

(Fuck me…. I get this place is full of mages, merchants and noble, but isn't this too much? This is happening way too often and I'm not even doing open business each day or something like this!) – though Phantasia as he began closing up his house.

"Please help out in cleaning." – said Phantasia to his maiden monsters.

(Has my name spread that far and wide everywhere or something to the point people are fully aware of me?)

(Well, I'm consider one of the best craftsman in the game and even stuff I have been selling on the auction house have been also supporting my reputation and everything.)

(I swear to fuking god if it is another-) - Phantasia approached the door and opened it.

"?" – Phantasia did not saw anybody until he looked down and spotted a young blond haired boy with blue eyes.

"…. Em…. Are you lost?" – asked Phantasia.

"Nope." – replied child with happy voice.

"In fact. I'm in the right place, aren't I?" – said the young boy.

"Ah, by the way, you don't need to take it out."

The young boy entered the building as ClownFrog close the door behind him.

"Huh… Nice place Phantasia…." – said the young boy as he looked around.

"Or should I say…. Doctor?" – said the boy as he turned towards the Phantasia with his now scarlet eyes with a diamond pattern pupils.

"…."

(He isn't a human.) – though Phantasia upon realizing that the thing before him isn't a human.

"I wasn't expecting to be member of the organization to be so young." – said Phantasia.

"Young on the outside, but I'm way older on the insides." – said the boy as he approached one of the maidens.

"Interesting… Those things aren't humans… In fact, they are something akin to the golem and yet something else." – said the boy as he inspected the doll maiden.

"?!"

(He could tell that they aren't people?!) - though confused Phantasia.

"Who are you?" – asked Phantasia.

"Hm?"

"Oh, right. Shadow Mask fella have not told you, right?" – said the young boy.

"Call me Marcus. This is my human name."

"But my real name is Vavvan Von Vaxarien. The king of the vampires and I got by the code name "Kid"."

(King of vampires?! This kid is a vampire?!)

(Did I straight up encounter some sort of endgame boss like that?!)

"You don't believe me- "

"-Don't you?" – said the king as he instantly close the distance between him and Phantasia.

"…."

"Well, there is that fucker that can turns into shadows, so why the hell a king of the vampires is a little boy in appearance would be really surprising?" – asked Phantasia.

"Hm…. True." – said Vavvan as he turned around.

"By the way, don't compare me to the Shadow Mask."

"In terms of hierarchy I'm much higher rank than him."

"And. I'm also much stronger."

"…."

"Okay." – said Phantasia.

"Hm? You just accepted it? Just like that?" – said Vavvan with bit surprised tone.

"Meh. What would benefit you would get from lying?" – said Phantasia.

"Anyway, did you came here for the visit? Or do you want some talk?"

"Hm… Talk. And some snacks if you have some." – said Vavvan.

[Few moments later: Resting room.]

"Okay…. So, are we getting down to the business already or?"

"Business." – said Vavvan.

"According to the informations you had provided us with, the Rose Tower have been taken over and possible the entire kingdom."

"Honestly, our investigation had only started and we already encountered some problems."

"The main problem being the Rose Tower defense system."

"We can't infiltrate it, since the security they have there regarding any possible paths is straight up filled up with the defense and alarm magic."

"This isn't for the mage towers to have that kind of defenses, so its not really anything out of ordinally."

"And as for the royal family, they have made some appearances when giving out speeches, but have not really taken part of any social events that are not royal related."

"So nothing out of originally and no results?" – said Phantasia.

"Well, yes." – said the vampire.

"I honestly don't know how long it will take us to find anything and honestly I don't know how long I will stay here, since I'm not supposed to be even here in the first place."

"Eh? "Not supposed to be even here"?" – said Phantasia.

"I got bored and decided to take part in the operation since it seemed like fun." – said the vampire.

"You sure that the informations you had provided us with is real?"

Phantasia took out the diary from his inventory.

"This is the diary you have heard about."

"I'm going to be the one flipping and showing you the pages. Got it?" – said Phantasia.

"Oh? But didn't you wanted us to find out your secret?" – said curios vampire.

"Only few last pages have the answer to that question, so don't worry."

"Deal?"

"…."

"Deal." – said interested vampire.

Phantasia began opening the pages of the diary for the vampire one by one and after sometime had passed, Phantasia had closed the diary and put it back into his inventory.

"Satisfied?" – asked Phantasia.

"Hm… Kind of." – said vampire.

"…."

"It maybe be the heavens doing."

"?"

"What?" – said Phantasia.

"I said that it maybe heaven doing." – said vampire.

"Heavens are the bastards usually the bastards that tries to destroy any evidence or facts that points that the story they made was made up."

"But then again, the poison that infected that guy in his notes doesn't seem like an ordinally poison."

"It seems he could have created the cure, but that whole paranoia and fear of his straight up murdered him instead."

"When you think about heaven you think stuff like "Light", "Purity", "Glory", "Pride" and all sort of shit."

"But they don't mind doing dirty work like assassination."

"There were even case of them straight up enslaving and forcing people to believe into them."

"And the whole tower situation seems like something heaven would do 100%."

"Hearing the story from Shadow Mask is one thing and the other seeing the evidence at hand."

"But again, we did not secured any info or evidence."

"Until we secure anything or confirm anything, you are forbitten from going into the whole "Doctor" persona. Got it?"

"Yea, yea. If anything, I want to focus on my work right now." – said Phantasia.

"Hm…."

"By the way, those female doll monsters things… Are you planning on selling them or something?" – asked the vampire as he looked behind him and gazed at the human model doll maiden.

"Nope. But maybe in the future the circumstances may change." – said Phantasia.

"But for now, I cannot sell them and only I can make them for now."

(Well, unless I start building factories and dungeons, then I could…. Huh.)

(Wait. If my plan works, wouldn't I be able to become a high ranking member of the organization.)

"Well, if you decide to sell them, then contact me." – said the vampire boy as he gets off the chair.

"I need to get going. See ya."

(A vampire king…. Eh?)

(That… Definitely catched me off surprise…. Did he just came here to show off or something since I said I wouldn't trust their organization if they are weak…. Or did he had different reason?)

(Either way, it seems that the organization is taking its serios regarding the whole situation regarding Rose Tower.)

(There is also the diary. I didn't wanted anybody to read it, since it does contain the secrets of my [Chaos Research], but…. Shit. I didn't wanted to test out my luck against "That" monster.)

(He did said that he was supposed to be here… But was he lying by any chance?)

(There is also the thing he said about the heaven being possible the mastermind…. This got annoying.)

(The neighboring kingdom mostly support the heavens…. So does that mean they are involved in this mess?)

(Ah who cares. He didn't asked for my assistance or anything like that, so I will just continue doing my own work.)

(But for safer side I should probably prepare, since I can kind of smell some sort of bullshit coming my way.)
