Chapter 157 Dragon ball World
"What type of f*cking universe is this?" Void's voice cut through the silence, heavy with irritation and a hint of disbelief.
(Host should explore...)
"Yeah, yeah. Hey, Alayot, follow me," Void ordered. With a casual flick of his hand, a massive portal materialized before them, swirling with an ominous energy that crackled like untamed lightning.
Alayot nodded, his metallic frame shimmering as he reduced his size to a more human-like form. Though humanoid now, the fluid grace of his movements and his polished, metallic skin betrayed his inhuman origins.
Void slipped into a simple casual outfit that materialized around him as if the very fabric of reality obeyed his will. Without hesitation, the duo stepped into the swirling vortex, their figures disappearing into its depths.
On the other side, the scene was nothing short of extraordinary. Towering dragons of immense size roared in the skies, their scales glinting like gemstones under a radiant sun.
Void's body trembled—not in fear, but in pure exhilaration.
"Dragon Ball world," he muttered with a grin. But as quickly as the excitement came, his expression hardened, a flicker of anger crossing his face.
"This... these are illusions," he growled.
Alayot, ever silent, stood by his side, his metallic form emanating a faint hum of readiness.
"System," Void called out sharply.
(Right...)
The dragons vanished instantly, the illusion breaking apart like shattering glass. Beneath Void's feet, a wooden deck creaked softly. He looked around, his gaze scanning the tranquil surroundings with mild disdain.
"What was that?" Void questioned, his tone laced with annoyance.
(Illusions caused by you breaking through reality...)
"Rubbish," Void spat.
Before he could say more, the sound of slow, deliberate clapping echoed through the air.
"Clap, clap, clap..."
"It seems our patience has paid off," a deep, commanding voice resonated.
Void turned to see a slender, feline-like figure stepping forward. His smooth purple skin seemed to ripple with latent power, and his piercing golden eyes shone with a predatory glint. Dressed in ornate, hieroglyphic-patterned attire, he exuded an aura of pure destruction.
"Beerus," Void muttered, a rare grin tugging at the corner of his mouth.
Behind Beerus stood another figure—a tall, lean warrior with crimson hair glowing like molten lava. His fiery aura radiated divinity and overwhelming strength.
"Beerus-sama, forgive me for the wait," the crimson-haired figure said politely.
Void's grin widened as his gaze swept across the gathered figures. The scene was surreal: Vegeta, Goku, Bulma, Piccolo, Yamcha, Krillin, Android 18, and the rest of the Dragon Ball heroes stood in a loose formation. Their expressions ranged from confusion to outright suspicion.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om
Void muttered under his breath, "Interesting."
The oppressive silence was broken by Goku, his carefree smile lighting up his face. "Hey, who are you?" he asked, his tone friendly but curious. "You seem strong. Want to join in the fight?"
Void regarded Goku for a moment, his expression unreadable. "Not interested," he replied flatly.
Before Goku could press further, Beerus stepped forward, his gaze narrowing as he studied Void.
"Now, strange being," Beerus began, his tone dangerously calm. "State your purpose, or be destroyed."
A tangible wave of energy rippled through the air as Beerus raised his hand. The sheer intensity of his aura made the surrounding fighters tense, their faces pale with dread.
Void chuckled, the sound dark and mocking. "Destroy me? By what?" he asked, his voice filled with intrigue.
"Hakai," Beerus declared, his tone indifferent as his palm glowed with destructive energy.
(Host...)
Void sighed. "I know. The Earth might be destroyed," he muttered, his tone dismissive.
"Lord Beerus, wait!" Goku shouted suddenly, stepping forward. "Maybe he's not here to cause harm. Besides, we still need to fight!"
Whis, who had remained silent until now, added with a soft smile, "Indeed, Lord Beerus. Your dream fight awaits. Let's not miss the opportunity."
Beerus hesitated, lowering his hand. "Very well," he said, his tone reluctant.
"Whis," Beerus said, his golden eyes flickering toward the angel.
Whis nodded. "Understood, my Lord. I will keep an eye on him."
With that, Beerus and Goku took to the skies, their energy signatures erupting in a dazzling display as they prepared to clash.
Below, Void, Alayot, and Whis remained on the wooden deck.
"Let's eat and talk," Whis said, gesturing to a nearby table where a chef was already preparing an array of dishes. Mouthwatering aromas wafted through the air as the trio seated themselves.
As the dishes were served, Whis turned to Void. "So, tell me, what exactly are you?"
Void leaned back in his chair, his expression unreadable. "System, scan Beerus," he commanded internally.
The system responded instantly:
Host: Beerus

"Now scan Whis," Void instructed.

Void's eyes narrowed as he processed the results. "These two are insanely powerful," he muttered.
"Demons," Void finally said aloud, his voice calm.
Whis arched a brow, intrigued. "Demons, you say? I've never encountered demons of your caliber before. What exactly are you, and where do you come from?"
Void's gaze turned cold, yet a faint smile tugged at his lips. "I'm a Primordial Demon, and I come from the Abyss. Perhaps it's better if I show you."
Raising his hand, Void activated his creation ability. The wooden deck vanished, replaced by a vast, otherworldly expanse.
The Dragon Ball heroes gasped as they were transported into a new space—the Abyss. The first through the fourth levels of the Abyss unfolded before their eyes, each level more terrifying and surreal than the last.
Whis's calm demeanor wavered slightly as he observed the display, his interest piqued.
Vegeta, meanwhile, clenched his fists, his pride crumbling as he witnessed Void's overwhelming power right from his birth . "What is this strength? Born close to the power of a Super Saiyan?" he thought, his heart heavy with frustration.
When the vision ended, Whis nodded thoughtfully. "Fascinating," he said. "Your strength is indeed remarkable. But tell me, what is your purpose here?"
Void's grin returned. "That depends," he said cryptically. "Let's just say... I'm here to explore."
The tension hung thick in the air as Whis and Void exchanged measured glances, the air crackling with the promise of future revelations.
"That's intriguing, I must say, but you have to follow me and Lord Beerus. We still have a lot to talk about," Whis said with a chuckle.
"Fine by me," Void replied, a charming smile etched on his face.
"And I see you haven't spoken since. What are you? A mechanical being?" Whis asked, curiosity evident.
"I am," Alayot replied as Whis nodded.
"Very well, you're coming with us too, but for now, let's eat," Whis said with a smile as the chef brought delicious delicacies to their table.
***********
On the sidelines, Vegeta clenched his fist tightly. "Another one stronger than me," he muttered bitterly.
He and the rest were back on the ship and quickly realized they had never actually left.
"Such fascinating life forms. Ha, I want to go there; there's so much to explore," Bulma said with a smile.
"Yeah," Piccolo said in agreement.
"That's scary—they're even scarier than Majin Buu," Krillin said, his voice trembling slightly.
"Buu sad," Majin Buu muttered.
"Cough, cough... no offense, Buu," Krillin replied, smiling nervously.
"I don't know if you guys noticed, but their population and strength are terrifying. Did you see their numbers? If they were to invade, we'd all be dead," Android 18 said, her words making the others frown.
"Hmph, worrying over it won't solve anything—not with your weak strength. Besides, Kakarot is fighting for our planet's survival, so just watch," Vegeta said sharply as the rest of the Dragon Ball heroes turned their eyes skyward.
***********
At the table, Whis ate with elegance while Void ate calmly. Alayot only tasted the food briefly. As a Rank 3 being, he had transcended the boundary between mechanical and organic life, yet he could still appreciate the flavor.
"Delicious," Alayot commented as Whis nodded.
"One of the best meals I've ever had," Whis said.
"Chef, pack this one too in the gift box," Whis instructed with a smile.
Just then, a shout pierced the air.
"Aaaah! I will not let you destroy my world!"
"Damn, so iconic," Void thought with a grin. That deep, defiant shout stirred something primal, embodying the unyielding spirit of a warrior protecting his home.
"Well, it's almost time," Void muttered to himself.
************
Everyone could feel the ripples of power as Beerus and Goku clashed. The sheer magnitude of their battle nearly destroyed the universe at the very beginning.
Void pondered deeply.
"If at Super Saiyan God, Goku almost destroy the universe in a clash with Beerus, that means Goku is currently in the Quasi Rank 3 realm ,like maybe just broke through. I'd estimate Super Saiyan Blue is around 20% of that realm."
"And the Kaio-ken on top of Super Saiyan Blue and evolution of blue from Vegeta? That should push it to 70% from like 40%. They did refine Super Saiyan Blue, so I'd say it moved from 20% to 40% of Quasi Rank 3."
"But still, normal Jiren was stronger. I'd place him at around 80% of Quasi Rank 3."
"When Jiren got angry after being pushed by Ultra Instinct Goku, he must've reached early Rank 3."
"That means Ultra Instinct Goku at his peak would be at the supreme level of early Rank 3. His speed is at the low level, while his stamina and strength remain at the early level."
"Haha, close to me then," Void thought with amusement.
(Host is correct with the analysis.)
"Ha, I know," Void replied smugly.
********
"Well, it seems Lord Beerus is down, and this fight is over... oh yeah, add those too," Whis said to Void while instructing the chef.
Boom!
Goku's nearly unconscious body crashed to the ground but was caught by Vegeta.
Chi-Chi ran over in shock.
"Thanks," Goku struggled to say.
"Be silent. You stole my power and then lost in such an unsightly way," Vegeta scolded.
"Sorry," Goku replied weakly.
"Don't lose focus yet. If you can't fight, stand back," one of the Dragon Ball heroes said.
**********
Beerus descended slowly from the sky, his presence sending a wave of tension through everyone.
"According to our bet, Goku lost, so I must destroy Earth," Beerus said, his tone cold.
Void, observing silently, thought, "Butterfly effect, huh? I don't think he said that in the original series But still, he's about to fake sleep. Hehe. I mean, who destroys a planet that cooks food this tasty?"
"But because of these two strange beings who appeared, your planet has survived this time," Beerus declared, shocking everyone—including Void.
"Hey, what the hell?! Why bring me into this? What does your planet-destroying tantrum have to do with me? Beerus isn't following the script. Damn, and the Dragon Ball world is dangerous for me," Void lamented silently, but no one could hear his inner complaints.
